Employer Responsibilities

• Remove or update job postings when positions are filled

Student Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in applications and profiles

Job Posting Guidelines

• All positions must be for legitimate part-time work
• Must comply with UK minimum wage laws (currently £10.42/hour)

Freemium Service Model

• Sponsored Job Posting: £5 per job for enhanced visibility
• Job Applications: Completely free for all students
• Contact Information Access: Free for all users
• No payment required for basic platform features

Future Premium Features

• Premium features may be introduced in the future
• All current features will remain free
• Users will be notified of any changes to the free model
• No automatic charges or subscriptions

Service Availability

• Basic platform features are free to use for all registered users
• Sponsored job posting is optional and clearly priced at £5
• Full access to all job listings and applications
• Complete transparency in our freemium service model

7. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on our Platform
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Platform Content

• All Platform features, design, and code are our intellectual property
